'Portsmouth is a vehicle from GTA 1. It has good speed and handling, but has low durability, most likely because it is a weak vehicle and has little use to take on against gunfires and landings. The Portsmouth can deal a lot of damage, only by slowing down. The name "Portsmouth" is a play of a manufacturer name 'Plymouth" and it resembles as the Plymouth Reliant.
