Roman Bellic is cousin of the protagonist for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV Niko Bellic. He convinced his cousin Niko, to come to America, specifically Liberty City. Niko finds out that Roman needs help, and Roman is the only person Niko knows. The involvement of Roman was announced by Game Informer.
