In The Ballad of Gay Tony, Luis has a luxury apartment in Galveston Avenue, North Holland - it is just a few blocks south of Playboy X's apartment. There, he is welcome to change to several outfits from his wardrobe. The Safehouse is introduced to the player after completing "I Luv LC".
