!Description

!Bullet-proof
|BP
|Cars being bulletproof typically means the car is immune to gunshots. To test if a car is bulletproof, the player can shoot it with a firearm many times and if there is no smoke coming from the car, then the car is bulletproof.
|-
!Fire-proof
|FP
|This is the least valuable of all special properties available. A car that is bestowed with a fire proofing won't catch on fire from any flames surrounding the car (for example, from a Flame Thrower or Molotovs). However plain fire proofing cars are extremely rare, and isn't very helpful otherwise since it is rare for a vehicle to catch on fire.
|-
!Explosion-proof
|EP
|An explosion-proof car is immune to rockets, satchel charges, bombs, etc. However, just because a car is explosion-proof, does not mean the car cannot be destroyed via cheats, or by entering the car whilst on fire.
|-
!Damage-proof
|DP
|Damage-proofing is one of the best abilities that a car can have, but is extremely rare. The car can't recieve any exterior damage, which means the player can crash the car many times without being destroyed. This also applies to melee weapons which won't destroy the car either.
|-
!Pop-proof
|PP
|This means that the car's tires cannot be popped by spike strips or gunfire. However, none of the pop-proof vehicles can be saved.
|-
!Permanent Color
|Permanent Color
|This means that the car has a permanent color, if you go to the Pay N' Spray, the car will be fixed, but cannot be resprayed and not change into another color. However, none of the vehicles with permanent color can be saved.
|-
!Heavy
|Heavy
|Means that the car can push and ram other vehicles out of the way very easily, without the car losing speed or turning in different directions. However, the Heavy property will not shield against damage, and the car will receive double damage when hitting cars and other objects.
|-
!Unique Paintjob
|Color With Bold Print
|These are simply cars with a unique paintjob to it, that can't be obtained via Pay N' Spray or mod shop, and can only be found in the specific missions they are created for. Using a Pay N' Spray on any of these vehicles will remove the colour and it won't be obtainable again.
|-
!Unique Handling
|Unique Handling
|This means that the handling of the car can cut most corners and turns quickly than any other vehicles. However, none of the vehicles with unique handling can be saved.
|-
!Rare
|Vehicle With Bold Print
|Means that the vehicle cannot be found on the streets, but only appears in some missions (like the [[Pheonix|Phoenix]] in San Andreas). Rare vehicles can be saveable unlike unobtainable vehicles.
|-
!Unobtainable
|Unobtainable
|Means the car for whatever reason (exclusive for cutscenes, immovable, limited, etc...) cannot be saved, without losing the special property that it has acquired.

== Destroying a special vehicle ==
Not all special vehicles are indestructible. There are many of ways to destroy a BP/FP/EP/DP car, this includes:
*Flipping the car up-side down.
*Getting hit by a tank (Rhino/Other Tanks Not APC)
*Sinking the car in the water.
*Using the Blow-up all cars cheat.
*Getting in the car while on fire.
*Using the car bomb to detonate the vehicle (Engine Ignition/Time Delay/Remote Detonations).
*Taking the car to the crusher and crush the vehicle.
*Taking it to a girlfriends' house and have coffee with her/them then the car will lose its special property and simply become normal again.
