Public Service?

Does anyone think this can be considered a public service vehicle? I'm on the fence. Eganio^Talk 05:18, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

I'd say no. This is for political use (decision-making) rather than for the benefit of the country/state or its citizens. I would put it in the Government category where all the politicians are.
