Why put any of the names there? They were put on there for effect, to make it as though those criminals existed. There was never a story planned for them. If that in-game internet was never put on there, Chinatown Wars would not have included a guy called Huang Lee, infact it probably wouldn't even be called Chinatown Wars. Huang Lee is just a name Rockstar thought of just for the database. Rockstar Leeds just took the name. | |||

It was never included in the GTA IV Era, '''Huang Lee is not part of the Impossible Trinity''', the trinity is the bridge that connects GTA IV and it's episodes, making it one. It is non-canon and will be ignored if the GTA IV era continues with V. Kind of like how GTA: Advance was completely non-canon to the GTA III Era. | |||

Except for the fact that GTA IV and it's episodes were all planned, as one big story for Liberty City. CW is not. But anyway, like that guy said, U can't say it is canon, and I cant say it isnt, because we don't know. I do think that if Rockstar carry on the story into GTA IV, they will ignore CW because it doesn't fit in with the realistic stories that were created for GTA IV.
