We should determine, whether is the given object military base or Phil Cassidy`s private possession. I have not seen any references to military in Arms Shortage mission. In many pages here base instead written as Phil's Army Surplus business. Was it mentioned as a military base in missions of taxi driver/Vigilante/Fireman? If not, article should be renamed to 'Phil's Army Surplus' and should be cleared from all of references to military. JFFulcrum 10:11, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
