Is it just my console, or does the Kart never spawn at the top of the stairs? I know what stairs theyre talking about, and I've finished every storyline mission, but I've never seen the Kart spawn there once. | |||

Kart?
Is it just my console, or does the Kart never spawn at the top of the stairs? I know what stairs theyre talking about, and I've finished every storyline mission, but I've never seen the Kart spawn there once.
Has anyone had this happen?
