This looks like a preload template, used on pages like Community:GTA 5 Wishlist to give a "click here to add a new section with preloaded content" link. I'll do a search to see if thi is being used anywhere, but we might have to just delete it and see if anything breaks. Gboyers 21:48, 18 October 2010 (BST)
