You Got The Message is a trophy/achievement in GTA IV. It is not story related, and can therefore be missed.
Acquisition
You acquire this trophy when you've found, and stolen, all 30 vehicles Stevie ordered by text message. If Brucie's like status sinks below 70%, Stevie's messages will not appear on your cell phone, so make sure to stay friends with Brucie.
