Lionel is, in 2008, a Los Santos resident who had purchased a Panoramic HeavyPad but lost the cordless pen, rendering the device useless. He types his testimonial from a TW@ internet cafe, likely in Little Seoul, asking if anybody has a spare pen for the device as the manufacturer had stopped making new ones.
