Muscovski is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto IV. His voice actor is not credited. The characters actual name is unknown and he is referred to as the "Muscovski jerk" by Vladimir Glebov.
Character history
Muscovski is a Russian national who, by 2008, had moved to Hove Beach, Broker, Liberty City and begun working at a laundromat. He owes money to local Russian Mafia member Vladimir Glebov who sends Niko Bellic to collect the debt. When Niko arrived at the laundromat, Muscovski runs but is pulled over by Niko. He tells NBiko that he would pay his debt but he is having problems getting enough money. It is unknown is he repaid his debt before Vlad was murdered.

- It should be noted that like a typical pedestrian in GTA IV, Muscovski's appearance will be different in each of his appearances, not just with his outfit, but also his facial features, lacking or featuring of a mustache, and sporting different eyebrows and hair design. In general, Muscovski can be described as a middle-age man with a plump appearance.
- His name means "Moscow's" in Russian. So it's look like Vlad called him just "jerk from Moscow".
