'''Palomino Highlands''', located in the southeast of [[Los Santos County]], is an undeveloped area comprising primarily of hills with beaches located on the lower coastal side. The [[Pacific Ocean]] borders the area to the east and [[Los Santos in GTA V|Los Santos]] ([[El Burro Heights]] and [[Murrieta Heights]]) to the west. Cougars and coyotes can be found roaming around Palomino Highlands with birds either on the ground or flying above the land. [[NOOSE]] have their Los Santos base in the area with a [[Health|first aid kit]] available in a small cavern near the NOOSE building.
