She has been arrested on two occasions: in [[2003]] for being in possession of a controlled substance (namely cocaine) and in [[2007]] for driving while intoxicated. [[Niko Bellic]] kidnaps Gracie in the mission [[I'll Take Her...]], later [[Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend|trading her back]] in exchange for diamonds. After several days have passed, Niko may [[Random Characters|encounter her again]] on the streets of Alderney; she will send her guards to attack Niko. Gracie appeared in [[The Ballad of Gay Tony]], seen hanging out with [[Gay Tony]] and [[Luis]]. She was kidnapped and was rescued by [[Luis]] and Gay Tony in the exchange in [[Charge Island]] and they flee in speedboats.
