-:{{Rebut}}There was one in San Andreas, and to be honest, it really was not that good. For one thing, you could not point the spotlight in the direction you wanted it to go, and there really was no use for it. Also, police departments use helicopter spotlights to tell the police where the suspect is, and if you want to find where someone is in, let's say, multiplayer, there's the ingame radar.

 {{Gripe}} I was in an Annihilator, preparing to unload on an enemy police version with two door gunners, when one of the gunners shot me ONCE with a lucky headshot and I died from ONE M4 shot. Come on...that's luck.
