-The Truth wants CJ to steal something top secret (referred to as the "black project") from a [[Area 69|restricted base]] which is not even on the map. CJ then makes his way through the Area 69 base and in an option, turns off the [[Surface-to-Air Missile|SAM sites]]. After killing all the military soldiers on the way he finally finds the secret project, which turns out to be expensive $50,000,000 jetpack. CJ escapes from Area 69 in the jetpack and takes it to The Truth, who is waiting for him on top of [[Arco del Oeste]].
+[[The Truth]] instructs Carl to steal a Top Secret Project (referred to as the "Black Project") from a [[Area 69|Restricted Government Base]] which is, on account of it's secrecy, not normally located on the map. CJ then makes his way through the Area 69, killing Federal Agents and Military Personnell. He also (optionally) disables the [[Surface-to-Air Missile|SAM sites]], in an effort to make his escape less difficult. After progressing through the base and massacring Soldiers, Agents and Scientists alike, he finally finds the Secret Project, which turns out to be expensive $60,000,000 [[Jetpack]]. CJ escapes from Area 69 in the Jetpack and takes it to The Truth, who is waiting for him on top of [[Arco del Oeste]]. He then drives of hurridley with Jetpack in his [[Camper]], completely disregarding Carl and his recent astronomical efforts to obtain the Top Secret Project, gratis, whilst Carl instructs him to "stash it some place fast!".
