:(Street Name) is a street in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. Niko Bellic's first safehouse is located in this street. There is also a police station on this street, that always has a single police car parked on the road out the front. It is not possible to steal this police car without gaining a one star wanted level, because there is also a police officer standing next to the door of the police station. And no, it's not too late to stop/reverse the creation of the articles! Thoughts?
