I didn't realise you were from Hartlepool! I'm from the other side of Middlesbrough. Anyway, you nominated User:FXX because ''"he/she gives very good advice/help on GTA. His/her edits are very well informed and presented and he adds some good images from time to time."'' This is all great, but do they need to be staff to do that? Administrators tend to be people who enjoy the tedious management tasks, cleaning things up, stopping arguments, enforcing conventions (ie image names) etc. Maybe FXX deserves to be rewarded for his efforts, but will him being staff help the wiki?
