	Whereas in any race where you operate something with an engine, you can shoot at other contestants and get away with it, in this muscle-based race, if you attempt to shoot your fellow opponents out of your way, not only will you be disqualified, you will also get one [[Wanted Level in GTA III Era\|wanted star]]. Typically though, you can escape being found by the cops if you go back to the top of the mountain and trying the race again. You can, however, get off and use the sniper rifle (no other gun) to eliminate them without penalty.
