*if your player is wasted, have the game show the player being treated, and being released back on the streets. also bring back the Rhino tank, last see in Chinatown Wars. also it would be cool to modify any car like in Need For Speed games. pinks racing would be sweet as well, where if you won, a message would appear, saying "You've won your opponents car!
