#Customizable character options (gender, clothes, skin color, race, history, etc.). Expanded vehicle modification system. A kick-@$$ 4x4 pick-up (e.g., like the tricked-out Ford in XXX: State of the Union). Customizable weapons (e.g., option of adding scopes, grenade launchers, etc., like in MGS4). Another Mafia-based story in a modern and larger version of Vice City. And enough bottom-of-the-barrel characters already, please?
