| In [[GTA IV]], [[Yusuf Amir]] had owned the site, and wanted to make plans with it. He wanted to build a luxury condo tower there in South Algonquin. Locals thought it would ruin the skyline of Algonquin, and the Mafia Union/Construction Workers offered to defend the site, while [[Playboy X]] wanted to business with Amir hiring [[Niko Bellic]]. Playboy supported Amir's idea, and had Niko attack the site, leading to a [[Deconstruction for Beginners|shoot-out]] against the Mafia. Later that day, Playboy contacts Amir, but Amir didn't want anything to do with Playboy, and decides to forget about the whole idea and build a memorial to the workers who died in the accident.
