Liberty City Lotto stores can be found dotted around Liberty City. The player can purchase Scratch Cards from these stalls, from a varying price.  Scratching a certain ammount of winning symbols will reward the player with weapons, armour, health, money and a safehouse.  Liberty City Lotto has its own scratch card, which sells for [[Money|$]]10.00 and rewards the player with $10, $100 or $1000, depending on the symbols scratched. The primary colours of Liberty City Lotto is red and blue.
