-The Cartel Cruiser is similar to the [[Bobcat]] but is taller, longer and considerably heavier. The vehicle always sports a dark blue paint job with chrome accents, a bull-bar and fog lights. It's reasonably fast for it's size and the engine puts out a deep rumble, which seems to suggest it's tuned, as most gang vehicles are. It's high ground clearance makes it a competent offroader (though not nearly as good as the [[Patriot]]), but at the same time this makes the vehicle somewhat unstable under rough cornering. Handling leaves a lot to be desired.

Its its engine is powerful enough to send its all wheel drive system into slides, which is unusual for the GTAIII engine. The Cruiser is turbocharged, but suffers from turbo lag, where the car has poor accelaration from a standing start, until the turbo cuts in. This can be heard, when the engine noise becomes louder and more aggressive. At higher revs, it can defeat a Patriot (a similar vehicle) in a straght line drag race, however its high centre of gravity causes the body to roll in corners.
