{{images}}'''Wichita Gardens''' is a district in the lower parts of [[Shoreside Vale]], [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]]. It directly borders [[Cedar Grove]]. In [[1998]], during the events of ''[[Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories]]'', the district is run by the [[Forelli Family]], however, with the [[Rough Justice|help]] of [[Toni Cipriani]], the [[Southside Hoods]] take over the district. The district contains many housing projects and access to the [[Porter Tunnel]]. The radio stations [[MSX FM]] and [[Game Radio]] have their headquarters located here. The Staunton View Picnic Area is also accessed via Wichita Gardens. In ''Liberty City Stories'', [[Yakuza]] members can be often be spotted around Wichita Gardens, however there are no known reasons as to why. In [[2001]], the Southside Hoods split into two sub-gangs [[Nines|Purple Nines]] and [[Red Jacks]], in which the Nines help spreading [[SPANK]] to the streets and with the help of [[Claude]], the Red Jacks manage to wipe out the Nines after a gang war. Of interesting note, Claude's [[Wichita Gardens Safehouse|safehouse]] is located here.
