'''American Road Safety for Everyone''' is an organization promoting road safety and is maniacally against motorcycles and bicycles. By 1998, there efforts have had bicycles banned from [[Liberty City]] (which would explain the lack of bicycles in [[Grand Theft Auto III]] and [[Liberty City Stories]]) and they have launched a new campaign to have motorbikes banned as well (which would explain the lack of bikes in [[GTA III]]. The motorbike campaign is featured in the [[Liberty Tree]] instruction booklet which comes with Liberty City Stories, and is sponsored by the car manufacturer [[Maibatsu]], which perhaps hopes to increase sales of their new model, the Monstrosity (to be released in 2001).
