Rough Story
Just an idea, I relly would appreciate any criticism:
1.Introduction: The game starts in a prison somewhere in Mexico, with other inmates you plan your escape, outside a car is waiting for you, when you get in you'll be driven to Quitina where you have to illegaly cross the border. When you get to CM (Ciudad Marcos) you'll have fake ID and everything and start a new life in the police forces.
2.CMPD: In the PD you start with a weapon and driving training. The first missions are patrolling through the neighborhood (driving and watching for crimes), busting into criminal's homes and car chases. This goes on until you get involved in a case with corrupt officers, with is the turning point on wich you become one as well.
3.Gangs: This is the part i don't really know what to do. Latinos obviously, maybe some chinese gangs as well, black gangs (like in Los Santos), white supremacist, internal affairs (since you're a corrupt cop)...
