The Mafia spawn there usually at Caligula's Casino, but sometimes the map will blink red that may point out they had a territory deleted. Also I never encountered the Russian Mafia in Las Venturas. --[[User:Gta-mysteries|Gta-mysteries]] 23:07, November 1, 2009 (UTC) | |||

Glitch
The glitch is true but I thought the Mafia already spawn there before the glitch. Can someone confirm this? If the Mafia already spawn there, the glitch can be moved to the Territory Glitch article.--Spaceeinstein 22:56, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
The Mafia spawn there usually at Caligula's Casino, but sometimes the map will blink red that may point out they had a territory deleted. Also I never encountered the Russian Mafia in Las Venturas. --Gta-mysteries 23:07, November 1, 2009 (UTC)
