The Happiness Is...Land Sweater is, as the name says, a navy blue sweater bearing the words "Happiness Is..." at the front, along with a drawing of the Statue of Happiness with "...land" written at the back. The sweater is navy-blue in colour. The sweater can be found lying on the ground at the entrance to the Statue of Happiness on Happiness Island. The Happiness Is...Land sweater can only be obtained at this location; it cannot be bought. The sweater spawns in Niko Bellic's wardrobe once the sweater is picked up. Changing into the outfit DOES NOT remove a wanted level.
