I'm hoping to put more fact to this... I just wiped out all the Ballas territories, and have found was to consistently find tahomas again. I'd like to find some car driven/location combo that consistently spawns Tornado's and Oceanic's somewhere after I take out the rest of the Vagos turfs. I'll update when i know more. | |||
