The Los Santos Civillian Defence Force is, as the name states, the civillian defence force of Los Santos. Their goals are security, freedom, democracy and family. Their logo is two M16 assault rifles crossed over a red crosshair. LSCDF banners can be found in Ammu-Nation stores around San Andreas
