Harold Cartwright is a character in the port Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961. He is the first person to provide the character with jobs. He claims to be confrontational and that he fears no one but it is later revealed that he is a coward and is afraid of Albert and Archie Crisp.He is later killed by the Protagonist on orders of Albert Crisp and Archie Crisp.
