Charlie Dilson is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series who appeared as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Charlie Dilson (? - 1986) is a member of a European gang, who has the same appearance as the Patrol Investigation Group Security Guards. Charlie Dilson along with his fellow gang members are planning to rob a bank in Vice City, and prior to the event he is riding a motorcycle around Washington Beach. Tommy Vercetti is employed by Mr. Black to kill Hammond and his fellow gang members.
