Description
Luis Fernando Lopez grew up with his friends in the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. When he was 17, he was sent to juvenille prison for shooting his teacher who felt up his sister. He worked with the Dominicans for quite some time, but always had dreams of 'making it big'. At one point, Anthony "Gay Tony" Prince came looking for a bouncer at his nightclubs and found him in Luis. Luis gladly accepted his jobs and cut his ties with the Dominicans, except for Henrique Bardas and Armando Torres. However, some guys who owed Tony money came to collect their debt and Luis and Tony got into trouble. Quickly, Luis had to work for Ancelotti members Rocco Pelosi and Vincenzo, fitness enthousiast Mori Kibbutz, crazy real estate developer Yusuf Amir and Russian crime boss Ray Bulgarin.

The Lost And Damned
Luis appears in The Lost and Damned twice; once during the museum mission, and once in the mission Diamonds in the Rough when Johnny is stealing the diamonds from Gay Tony. He told Gay Tony's boyfriend Evan to flee with the diamonds in a limo, while Luis dealt with the bikers (apart from Johnny, who was in hot pursuit of the diamonds). During this time Luis uses sticky bombs to kill the other Lost bikers in pursuit of Luis and Gay Tony.
