It is owned by someone called Eddie and upon escaping [[Liberty City Police Department|police]] custody, [[Claude]] and [[8-Ball]] use this place to lay low. The safehouse is in an alley in the [[Red Light District]]. In [[GTA Liberty City Stories]] a [[Collectibles|hidden package]] is found behind a couple of trashcans next to the house-door.
