Deconstruction is a mission in San Fierro.
Plot
In the opening cutscene, CJ and his homies were working in the garage while Kendl come in, saying that the construction workers next to their garage were saying shit to her. Cesar wants to go teach them a lesson but CJ insist that he will go himself.
You'll need to get on a bulldozer and ram the portables to destroy it. Be careful not to hit the explosive barrels. After destroying six of them, a cutscene show the foreman saw the damage CJ done, and hid himself in a mobile toilet. After that, you have to push the mobile toilet into the ditch and buried it under concrete with a cement truck.
