Soiree Suits were an article of clothing popular in the mid 1980s - early 1990s during the GTA III Era, simply brightly colored cotton suit jackets and pants. Generally they were worn either over a dress shirt or a t-shirt and sometimes worn with rolled-up sleeves. Initially characters like Tommy Vercetti, Lance Vance, and Ken Rosenberg were known to wear these, other characters include Brian Forbes, Victor Vance, and Carl Johnson. In 1984 they seemed to be primarily done in neon shades while in 1986 they had changed to pastel shades, however by 1992 they had returned to neon shades before never being seen again.
