The Spand Express is a special version of the Mule in GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas. In Vice City, it can only be found during Ken Rosenberg's missions Jury Fury and Riot, being more easily acquired during the Jury Fury mission. In San Andreas, it can be found in the small town of Dillimore, just north of Los Santos. The name of the company is a play on FedEx and the clothing material, Spandex.
