The Spand Express is a delivery truck in GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas. The Spand Express is a variant of the Mule, with noticeable differences in the front fascia of the vehicle and Spand Express livery.
In GTA Vice City, it appears in only two missions during Ken Rosenberg's missions Jury Fury and Riot, being more easily acquired during the Jury Fury mission. In GTA San Andreas, it can be found in the small town of Dillimore, just north of Los Santos. The name of the company is a play on FedEx and the clothing material, Spandex, if spoken fast.
