Pier 69 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. This mission involved you defeating the Loco Syndicate. It takes place after Ice Cold Killa.
Summary
It begins with Cesar asks Carl to the roof to take down T-Bone Mendez's security in order to get access. Once the guards are down, Mendez and Ryder arrive to Pier 69.
