Hello, and welcome to Grand Theft Wiki! Your contributions are greatly appreciated. I hope you are enjoying it here, and intend to stay. Just to let you know, I included the image you captured of the "ghost" in the Leatherface article, as it seemed to fit best there. Also, if you'd like to add a description of how, where, when, and why you captured the image, I would suggest posting it on the image's page. This way, other users can add comments, and it doesn't clutter up the image's main description page.
