Manana
The manana is a tiny little car and is quite poor.
So far its been in GTA3 San Andreas and Vice City and hasnt changed in appearance much except for perhaps looking even worse in Vice City.

Its highlight is probably when you use it in "Dead Skunk in the Trunk" where you take a stiff to a car crusher. while being chased by goons
