Al Dente's is an Italian restaurant advertised in Grand Theft Auto IV, located at the corner of Albany Avenue and Calcium Street in The Exchange district of Algonquin. Al Dente's slogan is "All the mamma mia you can eat" and serves "authentic" Italian cuisine the American way: with large portions and bland taste. The restaurant is likely a spoof any Italian restaurant chain, such as Olive Garden, Romano's Macaroni Grill and Carrabba's, as a man in the commercial states that Al Dente's restaurants are conveniently located near strip malls, much like any real-life casual dining chain.

  • The term "al dente" refers to pasta has been cooked so as to be firm but not hard.
