The Las Venturas Airport is located in Las Venturas in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Unlike Easter Bay International Airport, there is never a helicopter around and there is a special zone to the northeast that can only be accessed by helicopter. The Las Venturas Airport is minutes away from the casino action so a simple drive will take Carl Johnson to the blackjack and slot machines where he can win/lose mega money.
