Chastity Quinn

Chastity Quinn is a 20 year old woman from Alderney City. She has been arrested for Arson on six seperate occasions and has confessed to starting other fires that had previously been blamed on terrorism although NOOSE believes that she was brainwashed by the terorrist to start the fires. Groups in the Midwest claim that she has the mark of the devil and is possesed by evil spirits. When not lighting fires she enjoys needle work and soccer.
