Maccer

Maccer is a character in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas who cannot control his urge to masturbate. He touches himself even in the cars that Carl Johnson drives during the Las Venturas mission. When not risking his neck against the locals or the Leone Mafia Family, Maccer and his fellow bandmates perform at Caligula's Palace.
