Dick Tanner (? - 1986) is a member of a European gang who are planning to rob a bank in Vice City. Dick Tanner has the appearance of the Patrol Investigation Group Securtity Guards and is working at DBP Security as a cover story for being in Vice City. Tommy Vercetti is employed by Mr. Black to kill him before the bank robbery takes place.
