Fort Baxter Air Base

Fort Baxter Air Base is a place in Vice City which stations the Army.

In Vice City Stories it is home to Victor Vance (who ends up becoming dishonorably discharged) and Sgt. Jerry Martinez. Vic Vance returns to the site to steal an Army Helicopter. It can be accessed without being shot at after the mission "Over The Top" using Army Fatigues.
