Arm wrestling is an activity new to The Lost and Damned and can be accessed in Lost clubhouse, outside the Angels of death clubhouse and in an area in northwood.

Players have to rapidly move the right thumb stick from left to right to win, the tougher the opponent, the more rapidly you are required to move the thumb stick.
