Character history
Costas was the chauffeur of Anthony "Gay Tony" Prince. He appears in "Frosting On The Cake" as a limo driver Tony had appraently called. Tony not wanting to waste the limo, gets in the Stretch he is driving, while Luis takes the Stretch E. As the Lost attack, he gets behind the wheel of the Stretch E and starts driving. He was killed whilst attempting to help Prince and Luis Fernando Lopez escape from the LCPD and The Lost Brotherhood after a bungled diamond deal. He was killed when an LCPD officer shot him through the vehicle's windshield.
